42回団地祭の第１回実行委員会を開催しますのでご出席をお願いします。
1. 開催日時：平成30年7月21日（土） 午前10時開始
2. 場所 ：自治会館 集会室
3. 出席者 ：班長、協力者募集に応募された方、子ども会関係者、過去～昨年参加の実行委員・
協力者、自治会役員
4. 議 題 ： (委員会資料は席上配布）
ア、 実行委員会体制について
イ、 模擬店、催し物の確認について
ウ、 その他
5、その他 ： 今年度は実行委員会は２回の開催となります。
